This is a SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). The 633d Contracting Squadron is soliciting a Firm-Fixed-Price contract for Ryan Center Duct Cleaning for Joint Base Langley Air Force Base. This procurement will be a 100% small business set-aside. The period of performance will be 120 days ARO. The contractor shall provide all management, transportation, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to provide a visually clean HVAC system, eliminating the production and disseminates debris upon use. After contract completion, the system shall operate without issue, providing clean, conditioned air that is free from harmful allergens and debris. The contractor shall provide a structured approach to complete the HVAC system cleaning of three (3) Air Handler Units (AHUs), Supply vents, and Plenum Return Grills in the Ryan Center. The cleaning process shall conform to NADCA standards, ensuring no modifications or deviations occur, and be completed by personnel with Air Systems Cleaning Specialists (ASCS) certification.
