This is amendment 0002, updated the statement of objective (SOO) and the date when the solicitation is due, This requirement is for church pews reuphosterly which will be awarded to the vendor offering the lowest price technically acceptable. This solicitation is for NAICS 811420. Vendors do not need to have this NAICS listed in their SAM profile when responding to this solicitiation. However, if not listed in SAM, vendors must include a statement certifying whether they are a small business under size standard $9M for NAICS 811420 at the time of submission.
