FORGE™, a software solution, and its hardware, training, and software license to facilitate data collection, analysis, and observer input during each First Sergeant assessment. The contractor is responsible for providing hardware (ANVIL), software (FORGE™), unlimited on-call remote support, in-person technical support, training, and maintenance during each assessment and selection event. The contractor shall provide regular updates to the software application, including new versions and features as they are released. Additionally, the contractor must have the necessary permissions to operate, troubleshoot, and modify the FORGE™ software application.
