The due date for offers has been extended to 28-June-2024. 2. The set-aside for this acquisition has been changed; this is no longer set aside for small businesses, and is available for full and open competition. ----- This is a brand-specific requirement for FotoKite Tethered Aerial Reconaissance Kite, Which will be awarded to the vendor offering the lowest price technically acceptable. This solicitation is for NAICS 334111. Vendors do not need to have this NAICS listed in their SAM profile when responding to this solicitiation. However, if not listed in SAM, vendors must include a statement certifying whether they are a small business under size standard 1250 employees for NAICS 334111 at the time of submission.
