Traffic signals serviced will be those installed at Langley Air Force Base (LAFB). The requirement includes conducting annual inspections and preventive maintenance of traffic signal systems, responding to service calls 24/7, and adhering to the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD), state and local transportation codes, commercial practices, and manufacturers' specifications. The contractor is also responsible for submitting detailed reports post-inspections and repairs, providing quotes for necessary repairs, and ensuring best pricing for parts required.
