This sources sought is to survey the marketplace for vendor capability and interest in helping Langley AFB's 1st Fighter Wing procure 5,000 gallons of of Av Gas (100LL) for the Airshow scheduled for 5-8 May 2023. This requirement includes the delivery of said AVGAS by way of a refuel truck and transport truck no later than 4 May 2023 and the return of unused AVGAS, refuel truck and transport truck after the conclusion of refuel operations on 8 May 2023. The contractor is to provide these services in a manner that will ensure the safety and general wellbeing of Airshow attendees. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, licenses, quality control, and other items and services necessary to complete this contract. Contractor shall comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
