The contractor shall provide religious and spiritual leadership to meet the needs of Roman Catholic military personnel, their family members and other authorized personnel at Joint Base Langley-Eustis at the listed locations in the attached SOW. The contractor shall support individual rights under the First Amendment to the US Constitution and provide an opportunity for the free exercise of their religious beliefs as outlined in the attached Appendix A, pages 9, 10, and 11 of the attached Statement of Work (SOW). The position is not a full time position. This is just providing the scheduled services IAW the quarterly schedule detailed in SOW.
