Amendment 0003 - The purpose of this amendment is to: Schedule to attend auditions, has been changed from: 09 Apr 2021, 1400 (2:00PM EST) in person has been changed to: 08 Apr 2021, at 1400 (2:00 PM EST) Request for Quote: FA4800-21-Q-A024 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate Request for Quotes (RFQ) will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA4800-20-Q-A024 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses including those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-05 and DFARS change notice 02/24/2021. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 711130 and the size standard is $12M dollar value. This is a requirement for Catholic Mass Music Director as indicated below. The contractor shall provide musical leadership through song and instrument (keyboard or guitar) for the 0900 Catholic Mass at Bethel Manor Chapel, Langley AFB Chapel or other assigned location. Contractor services will be provided during Catholic Masses/Services, normally one hour to ninety minutes in length. Practice sessions/rehearsals will be held prior to each service at a time to be determined by the Contractor, with the approval of the Catholic Priest/Chaplain. Special Masses, services, and practices/rehearsals for those Masses and services, are in addition to the normal weekly work units.
