PWS IS ATTACHED (HAS BEEN AMENDED). PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE IS FROM TIME OF AWARD PLUS 4 OPTION YEARS. ATTACHED ARE CONTRACTOR QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS. Performance of Work Pickup, wash/dry/press/fold, drop off of linen. Linen to include but not limited to: towels, wash cloth, hand towel, floor towel, (full/queen/king) pillow case, (full/queen/king) flat sheet and fitted sheet, (full/queen/king) mattress cover and (full/queen/king) blankets Must provide price per pound, not price per piece. Require at least minimum of two pickups and two drop off per week Eustis Lodging has 345 Rooms; one building - Building 1700 Madison Ave, Ft Eustis, VA 23604. Linen is picked up and dropped off on receiving dock back side of building. Linen is sorted by NAF Linen Exchange/Custodial Workers prior to pick up by linen cleaning service. During normal operating procedures, linen is picked up and returned 5 days per week. Estimated laundry required to be serviced is 13K to 28K pounds (approximately 200 to 2K pieces) PER MONTH.
