The decontamination work includes cleaning of floors underneath our raised floor tiles to be in compliance with safety requirements, and duties/responsibilities are detailed below: Vacuum surface area of raised floor with HEPA filtration vacuum (prior to removing tiles). Remove carpet tiles where necessary and remove floor tiles in order to use a HEPA vacuum on sub-floor. Tiles and carpet will be replaced once completed. Removal of debris, cable ties, loose metal hardware as necessary and properly dispose of said waste. A HEPA vacuum will be used under equipment by way of a crevice tool to remove excess dust build-up. Clean floor tiles and replace as previously laid out. Floor stanchions, pedestals, and other underfloor components will be cleaned by hand only if requested prior to arrival.
