A determination not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The 633d Contracting Squadron at Langley AFB, VA hereby gives a notice of intent to award this acquisition as a sole source award to VITEC, INC., 2200 Century PKWY NE STE 900, Atlanta, GA 30345 for the purchase of a support package to provide 24/7/365 availability of all labor, tools, equipment, materials, information, supervision, transportation and all other items and services necessary to maintain the VITEC/OPTIBASE hardware and software associated with the Joint Task Force Civil Support video portal system consisting of EZTV, Video on Demand, OCASTER, and Encoder systems. This is a sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). This will be a firm-fixed price contract. If there are any other businesses that can provide the specified services, they must respond to this notice before Friday, 27 March 2020, 11 am Eastern Standard Time (EST). If no responses are received by the above referenced date/time a sole source contract will be awarded to VITEC, Inc. Contract award is subject to the availability of funds.
