THIS IS BEING SOLICITED AS A BRAND NAME REQUIREMENT. Exterior Sliding doors Contractor will rEmove and dispose of existing double sliding doors BI-Part doors and all storefront glass in exterior wall providing a rough wall opening brick to brick walls. Rough opening 22’ w x 8’ h Contractor will install new NABCO GT 1175 BI-PART Sliding entrance door, dark bronze aluminum, ¼” Laminated bronze glass, motion sensors, key switch and Key operated flip lock (for shutdown security) Interior Vestibule swing doors Contractor will remove and dispose existing double swing doors and openers. Contractor will install new 6-0X7-0 NANCO GT8500 Openers on medium style Dark Bronze Aluminum Doors. Dark Bronze Continuous Hinges, ¼” Laminated Bronze glass, motion sensors, key switch, and key operated flip lock. Re-using original aluminum frame. Contractor shall be responsible to clean work area and shall comply with federal, state and local safety and environmental regulations. Exterior sliding doors and interior vestibule swing doors will have a one year labor and parts warranty. Work to be performed after duty hours or weekend to avoid facility personnel traffic. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate Request for Quotes (RFQ) will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA4800-20-Q-A004 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses including those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-04 and DFARS change notice 01-15-2020. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 332321 and the size standard is 750 employees. This is a requirement for Bi-part Sliding Doors as indicated below.
