The 346th AEW requires rental, delivery, and servicing of portable toilets, handwashing stations, and dumpsters at two locations in Puerto Rico: Jose Aponte de la Torre Airport in Ceiba and Muniz Air National Guard Base in Carolina. The full requirements are outlined in the attached Performance Work Statement. Amendments 0001 and 0002 provide responses to inquiries and must be signed and returned with proposals. Proposals must be submitted via email to both points of contact. The place of performance is the two specified bases in Puerto Rico.
