The contract will be awarded using acquisition procedures outlined in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services, and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The award will be for a 1-year period with a potential 6-month extension. The period of performance for this contract will be from 26 September 2024 to 25 September 2025. This will be a Women Owned Small Business (WOSB) set aside solicited under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 561110 with a size standard of $11 million. To be eligible to compete for WOSB set-aside awards, the offeror must either be certified by an SBA-approved Third-Party Certifier (TPC), OR self-certify accordance with current SBA regulations.
