This is a 100% Total Small Business Set Aside opportunity, subject to the Service Contract Labor Standards, for a single-award commercial Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). The contractor will provide all management, personnel, tools, equipment, supplies, and labor necessary for inspection, maintenance, and as-needed repairs of Hydraulic and Aperture Overhead doors. Services will be performed at Ellsworth Air Force Base in South Dakota. Questions must be submitted in writing via email by 10 August 2026 at 2:00 p.m. MDT, with responses provided via solicitation amendment. Offerors must maintain an active, valid SAM.gov registration with no exclusions and provide their CAGE code with their response.
