This opportunity is a 100% Total Small Business Set Aside, subject to the Service Contract Labor Standards, for a multiple-award commercial Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). The contractor will provide and install flooring material in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. Performance will occur at Ellsworth Air Force Base, South Dakota. Offerors must have an active, valid SAM.gov registration with no exclusions and must provide their CAGE code. Evaluation will follow the instructions and process detailed in the attached SF1449 addendums.
