The solicitation will result in one firm-fixed price indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity type contract. This acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 238320 with a size standard of $15,000,000 in annual revenue. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, transportation, and supplies to provide Protective Coating Services for Ellsworth AFB, SD. All work shall be performed in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local rules/laws, to achieve and maintain economical, safe, sanitary, operational and undeteriorated conditions. Solicitation FA469025R0004 will be issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) estimated on or about 5 June 2025 via SAM.gov. The estimated contract award date is 1 July 2025, and the estimated contract start date is 25 September 2025.Contractors submitting a proposal must have a Cage Code and be registered in the System of Award Management (SAM) at https://sam.gov.
