This is a Solicitation Notice posted by the 28th Contracting Squadron, Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota, to generate interest in Solicitation, FA469025Q0023, to compete and award one or more Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) for the 28th Civil Engineer Squadron (CES) for Asbestos, Mold and Lead Abatement services. This award will have a five-year Period of Performance. The projected Period of Performance is currently 1 July 2025 - 30 June 2030. The actual Period of Performance will be finalized at the time of award. This will be a 100% Small Business set aside solicited under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 562910 ? Remediation Services, with a size standard of $25,000.000. To be eligible to compete for Small Business set-aside awards, vendors must be certified in accordance with current Small Business Administration (SBA) regulations. Attached to this Pre-Solicitation Notice are the following documents: Standard Form 1449 Solicitation, Standard Form 30 - Amendment 1, Attch 1 - Performance Work Statement (PWS), Attch 2 ? PWS Appendix A EAFB 01800 Environmental Specifications, Attch 3 ?Wage Determination, Attch 4 ? Price List - Blank.
