This is a non-appropriated fund purchase, and it does not obligate appropriated funds of the United States Government. Non-appropriated funds are generated by the military community through the sale of goods and services and the collection of fees and charges for participation in military community programs. This purchase does not involve federal tax dollars. Non-Appropriated provisions and clauses are incorporated into this solicitation are those in effect as outlined in Department of the Air Force Manual (DAFMAN) 64-119. The NAFI requires a School Bus meeting the characteristics and objectives outlined in the Attachment 2. Please review all attached docuemnts as outlined below: Combination Synopsis/Soliciation Attachment 1 - Salient Characteristics Attachment 2 - Price Sheet Attachment 3 - Standard NAF Clauses Quotes in response to this solicitation must be submitted no later than 16:00 MDT on Monday 24 March 2025. Quotes must be submitted via email to CA POC (Primary) at harold.moore.5@us.af.mil and CO POC (Secondary) at joshua.johnson.233@us.af.mil Questions must be submitted and received by the Points of Contact listed aboce no later than 15:00 MDT on Friday 14 March 2025. Questions received after this deadline will not be reviewed or considered.
