Proposal due date has been extended one week from 09 May 2025 to 16 May 2025. 2. Pricing: Price will be calculated using a price per lb method. All items will be priced the same per lb, therefore there should be one price regardless of items washed. Please indicate in your submission what the cost of a lb of laundry would cost, regardless of the items that are weighed. 3. Attachment 4 has been updated to show the etimated monthly quanitities that are expected to need to be washed from each facility included in the BPA. 4. Attachment 5 has been updated to reflect the new pricing method. 5. Attachment 6 includes answers to questions asked by interested vendors. Amendment 1: Proposal due date extended two weeks from original due date. Extended from 25 April 2025 to 09 May 2025. This is a non-appropriated fund purchase, and it does not obligate appropriated funds of the United States Government. Non-appropriated funds are generated by the military community through the sale of goods and services and the collection of fees and charges for participation in military community programs. This purchase does not involve federal tax dollars. Non-Appropriated provisions and clauses are incorporated into this solicitation are those in effect as outlined in Department of the Air Force Manual (DAFMAN) 64-119. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment. transportation, and supplies to provide laundry and dry-cleaning service, including pick-up and delivery for the customer at Ellsworth AFB.
