Include "Attach 6 - Site Visit Minutes". Quote due date of 13 September 2024 at 1200 MT remains. __ The purpose of this amendment (0001) is to: 1. Include a site visit on 10 September 2024 at 2:00pm local time. (Please contact SSgt Jayna Clements at jayna.clements@us.af.mil if planning to attend) We will meet at Ellsworth AFB Visitor Center. 2. Include an RFI due date of 11 September 2024 at 3:00pm local time. 3. Extend the quote due date to 13 September 2024 at 12:00pm local time. All other terms and conditions remain the same. __ The current flooring in designated areas (outlined in attachments) shall be 100% remodeled. Work will include, but is not limited to; demolition of carpet flooring, surface prep/removal of adhesive, installation of new carpet flooring, installation of vinyl floor tile, and installing rubber wall base along all new flooring, and transitions strips.
