AMENDMENT NEW INFORMATION: *On 28 August 2024, an amendment was added answer questions asked by potential quoters.* The following attachments are added to the solicitation: Attachment 1 Solicitation Amendment FA469024Q00650001 SF 30 Attachment 2 Solicitation Amendment - FA469024Q00650001 Attachment 3 Question and Answer MFR ORIGINAL POSTING: The 28th Contracting Squadron, Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota, has issued this solicitation, FA469024Q0065, to compete and award a single Firm Fixed Price contract using FAR Part 13 procedures for the supply of a PPE Washer (See Attachment 2: Performance Work Statement). This will be a 100% Small Business set-aside solicited under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 335220 with a size standard of 1,500 employees. To be eligible to compete for Small Business setaside awards, vendors must be certified in accordance with current Small Business Administration (SBA) regulations. The following are attached to this solicitation notice: Attachment 1 Standard Form 1449 Solicitation Attachment 2 Performance Work Statement All interested and responsible entities are invited to submit a quote that will be considered by the 28th Contracting Office at Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota. See attached SF1449, FAR Provision 52.212-2 Evaluation - Commercial Items for basis of award. The Government intends to evaluate quotes and award a contract without Interchanges with quoters. However, the Government may conduct Interchanges with one, some, none or all quoters at its discretion. Small Business contractors submitting a quote must have and list within the quote the vendors assigned Cage Code and be registered and Active in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to receive an award for this procurement. Quotes are to be submitted via email to Hunter Teems at hunter.teems.1@us.af.mil and Laurie Lykken at laurie.lykken.1@us.af.mil no later than 03 Sep 2024 4:00 PM MDT. Quotes must be valid until 30 Sep 2024. Questions must be emailed to hunter.teems.1@us.af.mil before 27 Aug 2024 4:00 PM MDT, and a memorandum with the answers will be added to this solicitation by 28 Aug 2024 4:00 PM MDT.
