The 28th Contracting Squadron, Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota, has issued this solicitation, FA469024Q0063, to compete and award a single Firm-Fixed Price contract using FAR Part 13 procedures to obtain one (1) CPK-5 two-stage fire pump for a P23 UHP Oshkosh fire fighting truck. This will be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside solicited under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 333996 with a size standard of 1,250 Employees. To be eligible to compete for Small Business Set-Aside awards, vendors must be certified in accordance with Small Business Administration (SBA) regulations. The following are attached to this solicitation notice: Attachment 1 - Waterous CPK-5-Salient Characteristic Attachment 2 - SF1449 - FA469024Q0063 Attachment 3 - Brand Name Justification (Redacted) All interested and responsible entities are invited to submit a quote that will be considered by the 28th Contracting Squadron Office at Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota. The award will be based on the criteria established in the solicitation. Small Business contractors submitting a quote must have and list within the quote the vendor's assigned CAGE Code and be registered and ACTIVE in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov in order to be eligible for an award resulting from this solicitation. Quotes are to be submitted via e-mail to SSgt Ross Duval at ross.duval@us.af.mil no later than 06 September 2024 at 02:00 PM MDT. Quotes MUST be valid through 30 September 2024. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs incurred as a result of this solicitation.
