The 28th Contracting Squadron, Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota, has issued this Solicitation, FA469024Q0052, to compete and award a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract using FAR Part 12-Acquisition of Commercial Items, FAR Part 13-Simplified Acquisition Procedures for the 28th Maintenance Group (MSG) Purchase of Equipment and Installation of Safari Land Indoor Playground in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. This will be a 100% Small Business set aside solicited under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 339920 with a size standard of 750 employees. To be eligible to compete for Small Business set-aside awards, vendors must be certified in accordance with current Small Business Administration (SBA) regulations. Attached to this Solicitation Notice is the Standard Form 1449 Solicitation (FA469024Q0052) and Attch 1 - Statement of Work (SOW), and SOW attachments. A site visit is scheduled for 22 August 2024, at 8:00 am MDT, in Building 4500 (Bowling Alley), Ellsworth AFB. All interested and responsible entities are invited to submit a quote that will be considered by the 28th Contracting Office at Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota. The award will be based on the criteria established in the solicitation. Vendor quotes and all items required as listed within the Addendum to 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors, are due to be submitted not later than 04 September 2024 by 4:00pm MDT to adriana.pingel.1@us.af.mil.
