The 28th Contracting Squadron, Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota, has issued this solicitation, FA469024Q0046, to compete and award a single Firm Fixed Price contract using FAR Part 13 procedures for the supply and delivery of a Roll Up Door (See Attachment 1: Standard Form 1449 Solicitation FA469024Q0046, Attachment 2: Salient Characteristics & Attachment 3: Statement of Work). This will be a 100% Small Business set-aside solicited under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 32321 with a size standard of 750 employees. To be eligible to compete for Small Business set-aside awards, vendors must be certified in accordance with current Small Business Administration (SBA) regulations. The following are attached to this solicitation notice: Attachment 1 Standard Form 1449 Solicitation FA469024Q0046 Attachment 2 Salient Characteristics Attachment 3 Statement of Work All interested and responsible entities are invited to submit a quote that will be considered by the 28th Contracting Office at Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota. The award will be based on the criteria established in the solicitation. Small Business contractors submitting a quote must have and list within the quote the vendors assigned Cage Code and be registered and Active in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to receive an award for this procurement. Quotes are to be submitted via email to Joseph Rincon at joseph.rincon.2@us.af.mil and laurie.lykken.1@us.af.mil no later than 4 September 2024 7:30 AM MDT. Quotes must be valid for 90 days. Questions must be emailed to joseph.rincon.2@us.af.mil before 27 August 2024 12:30 PM MDT, and a memorandum with the answers will be added to this solicitation by 30 August 2024 12:30 PM MDT.
