The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.** The 28th Contracting Squadron, Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota, has issued this solicitation, FA469024Q0037, to compete and award a single Firm Fixed Price contract using FAR Part 13 procedures. This will be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside solicited under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 333923 with a size standard of 1250 employees. To be eligible to compete for Small Business set-aside awards, vendors must be certified in accordance with current Small Business Administration (SBA) regulations. The following are attached to this solicitation notice: Attachment 1_Salient Characteristics Attachment 2_Solicitation FA469024Q0037 Attachment 3 - MINI CRANE QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS All interested and responsible entities are invited to submit a quote that will be considered by the 28th Contracting Squadron Office at Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota. The award will be based on the criteria established in the solicitation. Small Business contractors submitting a quote must have and list within the quote the vendors assigned Cage Code and be registered and ACTIVE in the System of Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov in order to receive an award for this procurement.
