The 28th Contracting Squadron, Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota, has issued this solicitation, FA469024Q0015, to compete and award a single Firm Fixed Price contract using FAR Part 13 procedures for the supply and delivery of a Combilift (See Attachment 1: Standard Form 1449 Solicitation, Attachment 2: Salient Characteristics & Attachment 3: Brand Name Justification). This will be a 100% Small Business set-aside solicited under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 423830 with a size standard of 100 employees. To be eligible to compete for Small Business set-aside awards, vendors must be certified in accordance with current Small Business Administration (SBA) regulations. The following are attached to this solicitation notice: Attachment 1 Standard Form 1449 Solicitation Attachment 2 Salient Characteristics Attachment 3 Brand Name Justification All interested and responsible entities are invited to submit a quote that will be considered by the 28th Contracting Office at Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota. The award will be based on the criteria established in the solicitation. Small Business contractors submitting a quote must have and list within the quote the vendors assigned Cage Code and be registered and Active in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to receive an award for this procurement. Quotes are to be submitted via email to Joseph Rincon at joseph.rincon.2@us.af.mil and CC jonathan.allen.36@us.af.mil no later than 5 March 2024 0730 AM MDT. Quotes must be valid until 31 March 2024.
