Vendor Instructions: All interested vendors wanting to attend this site visit must submit a Bae Access Request on company letterhead to the following email addresses no later than 13 September at 3:00PM MDT: brayden.moore@us.af.mil and laurie.lykken.1@us.af.mil The Base Access Request must include the Employee Name, Date of Birth, Driver’s License Number, and Issuing State of each employee that will be in attendance and be signed by a company representative. Vendors will meet on Ellsworth AFB at Bldg 2500, Rm 1200, 28 CONS Main Conference Room. Please acknowledge Amendment 1 in your submitted quote. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ The 28th Contracting Squadron, Ellsworth AFB, SD intends to solicit, compete and award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for Cooking Hood and Exhaust Vent Cleaning Services. This will be a Firm-Fixed Price contract and is set aside for small business with four option years for a total of five years with a start date around 1 November 2023. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 561790 with a size standard of $8M. Description of requirement: provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment and labor necessary to ensure that cooking hood and exhaust vent cleaning services are performed at Ellsworth AFB IAW the attached PWS in a satisfactory manner. All questions and comments on this Solicitation must be submitted in writing to brayden.moore@us.af.mil and taylor.peeples.1@us.af.mil no later than 24 August 2023 by 9:00am MDT. Questions will be answered only via posting of an amendment to this solicitation on www.sam.gov. All interested and responsible entities are invited to submit a quote that will be considered by the 28th Contracting Office at Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota. The award will be based on the criteria established in the Vendor quotes and all items required as listed within the Addendum to 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors, quotes are due to be submitted not later than 9:00am MDT on 31 August 2023 to brayden.moore@us.af.mil and laurie.lykken.1@us.af.mil. Please title all submissions with the following subject line: “Quote_ FA469023Q0049_Hoods and Ducts cleaning”. Small Business contractors submitting a quote must have and list within the quote the vendors assigned Cage Code, and be registered and ACTIVE in the System of Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov in order to receive an award for this procurement. Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
