The 28th Contracting Squadron, Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota, has issued this solicitation, FA4669023Q0047, to compete and award a single award Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract using FAR Part 12-Acquisition of Commercial Items, FAR Part 13- Simplified and Acquisition Procedures for the 28th Civil Engineering Squadron (28 CES). The requirement is for the 28 CES to provide one mobile breathing air compressor with specs as described in the attached Salient Characteristics Document. Please refer to the addendum to Clause 52.212-1 within the attached solicitation for further details. All interested and responsible entities are invited to submit a quote that will be considered by the 28th Contracting Office at Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota. The award will be based on the criteria established in the solicitation and the Salient Characteristics document. All quotes for this solicitation must be submitted in writing to jonathan.slayton@us.af.mil no later than 25 August 2023 at 12:00 PM MST. All offerors must maintain an ACTIVE registration on SAM.gov in order to submit a proposal, receive an award, and receive payment. All offerors must certify compliance with FAR Provision 52.204-24 Representation Regarding Telecommunications and Video Surveillance Services or Equipment (Nov 2021) to be eligible for award. As well as FAR 52.204-26 Covered Telecommunications Equipment or Services-Representation (Oct 2020).
