The 28th Contracting Squadron, Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota, has issued this solicitation, FA469023Q0041, to compete and award a single Firm Fixed Price contract using FAR Part 13 procedures for a replacement International DT-466 engine and parts for an International R-11 Fuel Truck IAW the parts listed in Attachment 1: Standard Form 1449 Solicitation. This will be a 100% Small Business set-aside solicited under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 333618 with a size standard of 1,500 employees. To be eligible to compete for Small Business set-aside awards, vendors must be certified in accordance with current Small Business Adminstration (SBA) regulations. This is a Brand Name Requirement. The following are attached to this solicitation notice: Attachment 1 Standard Form 1449 Solicitation Attachment 2 Brand Name J&A Redacted All interested and responsible entitites are invited to submit a quote that will be considered by the 28th Contracting Office at Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota. The award will be based on the criteria established in the solicitation. Small Business contractors submitting a quote must have and list within the quote the vendors assigned Cage Code and be registered and Active in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to receive an award for this procurement.
