Please see attached SF30. *********************************************************************************** The 28th Contracting Squadron, Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota, has issued this Solicitation, FA469023Q0025, to compete and award a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract using FAR Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This solicitation is for Base-wide Natural Gas Leak Detection Survey for approximately 48 miles of natural gas primary and secondary distribution lines, 600 regulators, 560 valves, 100 meters/risers utilizing leak detection equipment. Please see the attached statement of work for additional information. This will be 100% Small Business set aside solicited under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 541990 with a size standard of $19.5M. To be eligible to compete for Small Business set-aside awards, vendors must be certified in accordance with current Small Business Administration (SBA) regulations. Attached to this solicitation notice is Attachment 1 Standard Form 1449, Attachment 2 the Statement of Work, and Attachment 3 the Wage Determination for this requirement. All interested and responsible entities are invited to submit a quote that will be considered by the 28th Contracting Squadron at Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota. The award will be based on the criteria established in the solicitation. Vendor quotes and all items required as listed within the Addendum to 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors, are due to be submitted no later than 14 June 2023 by 12:00 PM MDT to michele.alcime@us.af.mil. Please title all submissions with the following subject line: “Quote – FA469023Q0025 –Base-wide Natural Gas Leak Detection Survey.
