Ellsworth AFB, Procurement Section, is issuing this Request for Quotation (RFQ) to solicit authorized resellers of Roland TrueVIS VG3-640 64" TrueVIS Pinter Cutter for Maintenance Squadron. This RFQ falls under FAR Part 13. All quotes shall be FOB Destination shipping and is a Total Small Business Set Aside and TAA Compliant. Quotes must be valid for 90 calendar days after submission. The delivery for this requirment will be within 120 days or less after receipt of order. Vendors interested in competing for this effort may participate by submitting quotes in accordance with the procedures set forth in this RFQ. All quotes shall be firm fixed priced. Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. in the event the Government cancels the solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. In order to submit a proposal, all offerors must be fully registered at SAM.gov and have updated reps & Certs that include revised provisions/clauses 52.204-24, 52.204-25 and 52.204-26.
