The contractor will provide all personnel, materials, transportation, labor, and management necessary to upgrade the CATM Range target system in accordance with the Statement of Work. The 28th Contracting Squadron, Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota, has issued this Solicitation, FA469022Q0051, to compete and award a single award Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract using FAR Part 12-Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13-Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This will be a 100% Small Business set aside solicited under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 332999 with an employee count of 750. To be eligible to compete for Small Business set-aside awards, vendors must be certified in accordance with current Small Business Administration (SBA) regulations. Attached to this Solicitation Notice is the Standard Form 1449 Solicitation, Attachment 1 – PWS for this requirement. Vendor quotes and all items required as listed within the Addendum to 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors, are due to be submitted not later than jason.wright.30@us.af.mil no later than 13 September 2022 by 3:00 PM MDT. Questions will be answered only via posting of an amendment to this solicitation on www.sam.gov. All interested and responsible entities are invited to submit a quote that will be considered by the 28th Contracting Office at Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota. The award will be based on the criteria established in the solicitation. All offerors must have an current/active SAM registration in SAM.gov in order to be eligible to submit an offer, receive an award and be paid upon contract completion.
