Upgrade the 28th Operations Support Squadron's (28OSS) Secondary Crash-Net from Alert 2 to the Alert 3 system. Alert 3 Emergency Conference System instantly connects key first responders and enhances command and control capabilities through improved communications and response; Pelase see attached Salient Characteristics for more info. The 28th Contracting Squadron, Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota, has issued this solicitation, FA469022Q0050, to compete and award a single award Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract using FAR Part 12-Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13-Simplified Acquisition Procedures for the Alert 3 Crash-Net Upgrade This will be a solicited under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 334210 with a size standard of 1250 Employees. Attached to this Solicitation Notice is the Standard Form 1449 Solicitation. All questions and comments must be submitted in writing to the Point of Contact email address listed below, and will be answered only via posting an addendum to the solicitation. The award will be based on the criteria established in the solicitation and be a 100% Small Business Set Aside.
