The 28th Contracting Squadron, Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota, has issued this Solicitation, FA469022Q0041, to compete and award a Blanket Purchase Agreement using FAR Part 12-Acquisition of Commercial Items, FAR Part 13-Simplified and Acquisition Procedures for the 28th Bomb Wing Chapel. This Blanket Purchae Agreement is for 28th Bomb WIng Chapel to host retreats in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. All interested and responsible entities are invited to complete and submit the attached Itemized List that will be considered by the 28th Contracting Office at Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota. The award will be based on the criteria established in the solicitation and Statement of Work. All quotes for this Solicitation must be submitted in writing to jonathan.slayton@us.af.mil no later than 20 July 2022. by 1:00 PM MDT. All offerors must maintain an ACTIVE registration on SAM.gov in order to submit a proposal, receive an award, and receive payment. All offerors must certify compliance with FAR Provision 52.204-24 Representation Regarding Certain Telecommunications and Video Surveillance Services or Equipment (Oct 2020) and FAR Clause 52.204-25 Prohibition on Contracting for Certain Telecommunications and Video Surveillance Services or Equipment (Aug 2020) to be eligible for award. As well as FAR, 52.204-26 Covered Telecommunications Equipment or Services-Representation (Oct 2020).
