The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. The purpose of this solicitation is to issue a Firm Fixed Price contract for the procurement of a waterless, digital Fire Truck Pump Panel Simulator meeting the specifications outlined in the attached Statement of Work. This acquisition will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Procedures. All offerors must have an active SAM registration at the time the offer is submitted. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of this acquisition is 333318 with a size standard of 1000 Employees. This acquisition is being solicited under full and open competition. Please pay special attention to Clauses 52.212-1 and 52.212-2 to include their addendums in the solicitation.
