The solicitation due date is not extended as a result of this amendment.**************** The 28th Contracting Squadron, Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota, has issued this Solicitation, FA469022Q0026, to compete and award a single award Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract using FAR Part 12-Acquisition of Commercial Items, FAR Part 13-Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and FAR Part 37-Service Contracting Procedures for the 28th Civil Engineering Squadron (CES) Aircraft Fire Trainer Repair Services requirement. This award will be a 30 day period of performance. The projected Period of Performance is currently 15 June 2022 – 14 July 2022. This will be a 100% Small Business set aside solicited under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 332312 with a size standard of 500 employees. To be eligible to compete for Small Business set-aside awards, vendors must be certified in accordance with current Small Business Administration (SBA) regulations. Attached to this Solicitation Notice is the Standard Form 1449 Solicitation, the Attch 1 - Performance Work Statement (PWS) for this requirement and Attch 2 – Wage Determination. All questions and comments on this Solicitation must be submitted in writing to lance.white.6@us.af.mil no later than 24 May 2022 by 3:00pm MDT. Please title all emails with questions with the following subject line: “FA469022Q0026 – Solicitation_Aircraft Fire Trainer Repair Service Questions”. Questions will be answered only via posting of an amendment to this solicitation on www.sam.gov . All interested and responsible entities are invited to submit a quote that will be considered by the 28th Contracting Office at Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota. The award will be based on the criteria established in the solicitation. Vendor quotes and all items required as listed within the Addendum to 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors, are due to be submitted not later than 3:00pm MDT on 31 May 2022 to lance.white.6@us.af.mil.
