At a minimum, contractors need to submit the name, date of birth, driver license number, state of issue, and address for those attending the site visit that will require base access to SSgt Lance White (lance.white.6@us.af.mil) NLT the date and time above. **************** The 28th Contracting Squadron, Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota, has issued this Solicitation, FA469022Q0025, to compete and award a single award Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract using FAR Part 12-Acquisition of Commercial Items, FAR Part 13-Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and FAR Part 37-Service Contracting Procedures for the installation of a Vindicator Annunciator System. This award will be a 180 day period of performance. This will be a 100% Small Business set aside solicited under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 561621 with a size standard of $22.0 Million dollars. To be eligible to compete for Small Business set-aside awards, vendors must be certified in accordance with current Small Business Administration (SBA) regulations. Attached to this Solicitation Notice is the Standard Form 1449 Solicitation, the Attachment 1 – MXG Vindicator Access Control System_24 June 22 Performance Work Statement (PWS) for this requirement , Attachment 2 – Wage Determination 15-5367 (Rev 20) dated 27 Jun 22 and Brand Name J&A. All questions and comments on this Solicitation must be submitted in writing to lance.white.6@us.af.mil no later than 12 August 2022 by 3:00pm MDT. Vendor quotes and all items required as listed within the Addendum to 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors, are due to be submitted not later than 3:00pm MDT on 29 July 2022 to lance.white.6@us.af.mil.
