This system should be packaged in no more than two small form factor cases that are airline checkable and TSA approved. Provides classified and unclassified data capabilities for up to two users at a time. This will include a worldwide capable commercial satellite link as well as a worldwide capable mobile broadband system, and a small form factor (less than 15inx9inx4in and weighing under 15 lbs) switch/router/encryptor integrated chassis capable of providing both classified and unclassified data and secure voice. Lastly, all equipment associated with the kit must be capable of operating on internal battery power for a period of no less than two hours. All offerors must maintain a current registration in SAM.gov in order to submit a proposal, receive an award and receive payment. All offerors must certify compliance with FAR Provision 52.204-24 Representation Regarding Certain Telecommunications and Video Surveillance Services or Equipment (Nov 2021) and FAR Clause 52.204-25 Prohibition on Contracting for Certain Telecommunications and Video Surveillance Services or Equipment (Nov 2021) to be eligible for award.
