Please see the attached SF 30 correcting the administrative error: The due date is changed from 23 March 2022 to 16 May 2022.*** The 28th Contracting Squadron, Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota, has issued this Solicitation, FA469022Q0020, to compete and award a single award Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract using FAR Part 12-Acquisition of Commercial Items, FAR Part 13-Simplified and Acquisition Procedures for the 28th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron (28th AMXS). The requirement is for 28th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron (28 AMXS) to Engineer, Furnish, Install, and Test (EFI&T) all necessary cameras, bridges, Ethernet cables and associated hardware and supplies to enable real-time camera views and recording coverage of the 28 AMXS Support Section in accordance with the attached performance work statement and Request for Quote. A site visit is planned for 10 May 2022 at 10:00 AM local time (MDT). Interested vendors are highly encouraged to attend this Site Visit to ensure they attain the greatest possible understanding of the requirements and facilities to be serviced. Please refer to Addendum to Clause 52.212-1 within the attached solicitation for further details. Base Access Requests will be required for all interested vendors that plan on attending the scheduled site visit. Please submit the date of birth and driver's license number of all planned attendees, no later than 12:00 PM, 3 May 2022 to the solicitation point of contact, A1C Frances Tejada, via email at frances.tejada@us.af.mil . The award will be based on the criteria established in the solicitation. Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. All offerors must maintain an ACTIVE registration on SAM.gov in order to submit a proposal, receive an award, and receive payment.
