Thi... THIS IS A JUSTIFICATION NOTICE ONLY. This requirement is for a single source commodity purchase of Honeywell Enterprise Building Integrator (EBI) R610. This is an upgrade to the existing EBI R500. This software is required to control the ECMS system used exclusively throughout Ellsworth AFB for building energy management. The current system is of a proprietary nature and is configured with 100% Honeywell network and controller equipment. Honeywell does not allow the distribution or install of the proprietary software(EBI) used on the current system.
