NOTICE: Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government’s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: The Contractor shall provide non-personal services including all management, supervision, personnel, travel, tools, materials and other items and services necessary to complete the upgrade on-site to the Energy Management Control Systems (EMCS) in Buildings 7712 and 8205 on Ellsworth AFB, SD. Review Solicitation - FA469021R0009 for the Addendum to FAR provision 52.212-1, for Q&A submission date, quote preparation, and submission instructions. Additionally, review the FAR provision 52.212-2 and its addendum for the evaluation criteria of the submitted offers. Review the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) for the salient characteristics and specific details of the requirement. Review the attachments of the photos to review site information. A site visit will not be offered.
