No award will be made under this solitication until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event that the Government cancels this solicitaiton, the Government has no oblication to reimburse an offeror for any costs. All offerors must maintain a current registration in SAM.gov in order to submit a proposal, receive an award and receive payment. All offerors must certify compliance with FAR Provision 52.204-24 Representation Regarding Certain Telecommunications and Video Surveillance Services or Equipment (Oct 2020) and FAR Clause 52.204-25 Prohibition on Contracting for Certain Telecommunications and Video Surveillance Services or Equipment (Aug 2020) to be eligible for award.
