Solicitation FA469021Q0033 has been issued by the 28th Contracting Squadron and is a 100% Small Business Set Aside that is seeking interest from small business vendors interested in providing the requirement of an Audio Visual Upgrade to the 28th Force Support Squadron Airman & Family Readiness Center located at Ellsworth Air Force Base, South Dakota in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement. The NAICS for this requirement is 334130 - Audio and Video Equipment Manufacturing All interested Small Businesses that are capable of filling this requirement are requested to submit a response in accordance with the attached Solicitation to Tyler Jordan at tyler.jordan.6@us.af.mil . Please ensure the Addendum to 52.212-1, lnstructions to Offerors, on page 48 of the Solicitation document is reviewed and requested documents are included with submitted quotes. A site visit has been scheduled on 3 August 2021 at 10:00am for this requirement. Vendors interested in attending this site visit must provide a Request for Base Access on company letterhead. This request will include a list of individuals that will attend the site visit to include full name, date of birth, driver’s license number and state of issue. Furthermore, the request must state the purpose for access as AFRC AV Upgrade Site Visit, and specify access is required on 3 August 2021, from 0930 – 1130 am.
