The 28th Contracting Squadron, Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota, has issued this solicitation, FA469021Q0021, to compete and award a single award Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract using FAR Part 12-Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13-Simplified Acquisition Procedures for the 28th Communications Squadron (28 CS) PR-200 Portable Receiver w/ HE-600 omni-directional monitoring antenna. This will be a 100% Small Business set aside solicited under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 334515 with a size standard of 1250 employees. To be eligible to compete for Small Business set-aside awards, vendors must be certified in accordance with current Small Business Administration (SBA) regulations. Attached to this Solicitation Notice is the Standard Form 1449 Solicitation, and the PR200 Salient Characterisitics.
