The Government’s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer. DESCRIPTION: School bus services supporting Ellsworth Air Force Base. The contractor must provide and maintain the required number of school buses and drivers to transport between approximately 250 and 350 children in grades K through 12 to and from Box Elder, South Dakota. Transportation of students will be done conveniently and safely while complying with all federal, state, and local traffic and transportation laws. In order to submit a proposal, all offerors must be fully regisitered at BetaSAM.gov and have updated Reps & Certs that include revised provisions/clauses 52.204-24, 52.204-25 and 52.204-26.
