The Air Force intends to award competitive Blanket Purchase Agreements to install floor coverings on Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (Attachment 1). The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, transportation, and labor necessary to install floor coverings on Ellsworth AFB, SD from 5 January 2021 - 4 January 2026. All offerors must maintain a current registration in BetaSAM.gov in order to submit a proposal, receive an award and receive payment. All offerors must certify compliance with FAR Provision 52.204-24 Representation Regarding Certain Telecommunications and Video Surveillance Services or Equipment (Oct 2020) and FAR Clause 52.204-25 Prohibition on Contracting for Certain Telecommunications and Video Surveillance Services or Equipment (Aug 2020) to be eligible for award.
