This Sources Sought is issued solely to determine the appropriate acquisition strategy for a possible future acquisition requirement in accordance with FAR Part 10. The 28th Contracting Squadron is seeking interest from any vendors interested in providing a Medical Laboratory Directorship Service to the 28th Medical Treatment Facility located at Ellsworth Air Force Base, South Dakota. Attached is a draft Statement of Work (SOW) for this requirement . The NAICS for this requirement is 621511 - Medical Laboratories. No Award will be made from this Sources Sought. A solicitation is not currently available. Ellsworth Air Force Base at this time is not seeking proposals for this service. Any vendors interested in performing this requirement are requested to send a capability package to Ms. Laurie Lykken at laurie.lykken.1@us.af.mil reflecting qualifications that show they meet the requirements as listed in the attached SOW no later than 23 April 2021 by 3:00 pm MST. If there are questions on this Sources Sought please contact the same POC listed above. All responses will be used to determine the appropriate acquisition strategy for a possible future acquisition.
