The 28th Contracting Squadron, Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota, intends to solicit, compete and award a single award Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract using FAR Part 12-Acquisition of Commercial Items, FAR Part 13- Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and FAR Part 37-Service Contracting Procedures for the28th Civil Engineering Squadron (CES) Radiant Heat Services requirement. This award will be a base plus four option years and a possible six-month extension. The Period of Performance will be 1 Oct 2020 - 30 Sep 2025. This is a pre-solicitation notice only at this time. The solicitation will be posted on or about 17 Aug 2020 on Federal Business Opportunities (FBO), website, http://www.beta.sam.gov. This will be a 100% Small Business set aside solicited under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 238220 with a size standard of $16.5 million. To be eligible to compete for Small Business set-aside awards, you must be certified in accordance with current Small Business Administration (SBA) regulations. Once the official solicitation and Performance Work Statement (PWS) is posted, a Question and Answer (Q & A) opportunity will be given as part of the official solicitation. Once the official solicitation is posted under solicitation number FA469020R0006, all interested and responsible entities may submit a proposal that will be considered by the 28th Contracting Office at Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota. The award will be based on the criteria established in the solicitation. The closing date and time for submission of offers will be contained within the solicitation package. Small Business contractors submitting a proposal must also have a Cage Code and be registered in the System of Award Management (SAM) at https://www.beta.sam.gov in order to receive an award for this procurement. Registration requires applicants to have a DUNS number from Dunn & Bradstreet.
