This solicitation is for indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contracts for the Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) program at Ellsworth Air Force Base, South Dakota. This procurement consists of one solicitation with the intent to award to a target of five (5) IDIQ MACC Construction Contracts to the responsible offerors whose proposals, conforming to the Request for Proposal (RFP), will be most advantageous to the Government resulting in the best value, price and non-price factors considered. The Government reserves the right to evaluate and/or award more than or fewer than the target number of contracts. This solicitation is set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB), and HUBZone small businesses only. The North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) is 237990 and the annual size standard is $39.5 million. This procurement is to provide new construction, renovation, alteration, demolition, and repair work by design-build or design-bid-build for facilities. All work shall be in strict compliance with the specifications of the contract and specifications and drawings for each task order. The jobs will include, but are not limited to, tasks in a variety of trades such as carpentry, roofing, excavation, electrical, plumbing, sheet metal, painting, demolition, concrete masonry, welding, HVAC, asbestos removal, etc. The contract period will be a 5-year base period with five 1-year options, for a total of 10 years. The guaranteed minimum dollar amount for each contract is $1,000.00. The maximum dollar value for the MACC is $95,000,000.00. This solicitation is issued via Beta SAM at https://beta.sam.gov/. No paper copies of the solicitation, specifications, or plans will be issued from this office. Requests for the RFP by any other means will not be accepted. Prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (www.sam.gov) in order to be eligible for award.
